We invite abstract submissions via our website or email. All abstracts undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure high-quality presentations.
Submission Requirements:
- Abstracts must be submitted in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format. Password-protected files are not accepted.
- Maximum word count: 300–400 words.
- Multiple authors are allowed; one must be designated as the corresponding author.
- Corresponding author’s details (email, phone) must be accurate for future communication.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Titles should be clear, concise, and descriptive of the content.
- All authors must be aware of the corresponding author’s submission.
- Use standard abbreviations; tables, figures, or images are not permitted in the abstract.
- Abstract modifications are allowed up to 30 days before the conference.
- Sample abstracts are available for download on our website or upon request from the Program Manager.
Abstract Peer Review Process
All submitted abstracts undergo a blind peer-review process:
- Reviewed by Organizing Committee members and expert reviewers.
- Criteria for acceptance: scientific quality, originality, plagiarism check, and adherence to format.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance via email and WhatsApp, along with an acceptance letter.
- Accepted abstracts require confirmed registration to secure the presentation slot.
- Abstracts not meeting criteria or format will be rejected.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Requirements:
- Format: .ppt, .pdf, .doc.
- Slides should be concise; avoid excessive text.
- Font: Times New Roman or Arial, consistent throughout.
- Presentations must be compatible with both Windows and Mac
- Usage of personal laptops is not allowed unless unavoidable.
- Video recording during sessions is prohibited.
- Q&A sessions and awards occur at the end; all presenters must remain until session completion.
- Recommended: submit slides to the Program Manager one month prior, and bring a backup on a flash drive.
Audio-Visual Setup:
- Basic AV: pointer, cordless mic, desktop mic, and sound system provided.
- Use clear tables, graphs, and visuals; ensure visibility on all devices.
Timing:
- Presentation time must be strictly followed; speakers must stop when signaled by the session chair.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Recommended size: 1 m × 1 m; must not exceed this.
- Content: ≤700 words, including graphs, charts, and minimal tables.
- Must include: abstract title, authors, affiliations, and contact information (email, phone).
- Text and visuals should be clearly visible from 1–2 meters.
- Poster organization: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
- Font: Times New Roman, minimum 14pt, consistent formatting.
- Recommended text:graphics:space ratio: 2:4:4.
- High-resolution images and clear graphs are preferred; avoid large tables of raw data.
Video Presentation Guidelines
- Pre-recorded video presentations only; submit to Program Manager one month prior.
- File format: MPEG-4 (.mp4).
- Duration: maximum 20 minutes.
- Include: abstract title, authors, affiliations, and contact info in the video.
- Presenters may appear via webcam; webcam can be turned off if desired.
- Video specifications: HD 720p or higher, good lighting, clear background, uniform font (min. 25pt).
- Videos should not contain embedded videos or subtitles.
- Speak clearly, enunciate well, and ensure good audio quality.
- Verify video and audio quality before submission.
