Terms and Conditions

 Responsibility

Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings at the venue. The organizers will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items belonging to delegates, speakers, or attendees under any circumstances.

 Insurance

Registration fees do not include any form of insurance coverage.

 Transportation

All transportation and parking arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant.

  Invitation Letter Requests

For security reasons, invitation letters will be issued only to individuals who have completed their registration. Once registered, please contact info@techmedconfex.com to request a personalized invitation letter.

All bank charges related to refunds will be borne by the registrant.

 Postponement Policy

If an event is postponed and you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, a credit for 100% of the registration fee will be issued. This credit can also be applied to another Conference Series event within one year from the postponement date.

 Refund Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation, the following refund rules apply, considering advance payments toward venue, printing, shipping, accommodations, and other administrative costs:

More than 60 days before the conference: Full refund minus a 100 GBP service fee

Within 60–30 days before the conference: 50% refund of registration fee

Within 30 days of the conference: No refund

  E-Poster payments are non-refundable.

Registrations with discounted or promotional rates may be transferred to another participant or event but are not eligible for refunds.

In case of visa denials, paid amounts may be transferred to another conference or refunded as per the timelines above.

Cancellations made no less than 25 days before a scheduled webinar broadcast will receive a full refund. Requests received within 24 days of the broadcast are non-refundable.

Webinar registration grants access to the live broadcast only. Recordings are accessible later via Pay-Per-View or the Members’ Area.

All cancellation or modification requests must be sent in writing to finance@techmedConfex.com.

 Cancellation Policy

If Conference Series cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit must be used for another Conference Series event within one year from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations, Postponements, and Registration Transfers

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to finance@techmedconfex.com.

 Authorization Policy

By registering for a Techmed Confex, you authorize Techmed to record, photograph, and use your name, likeness, image, and comments in promotional materials, publications, advertisements, or digital media worldwide without compensation. Unauthorized photography or recording during sessions is strictly prohibited.

If you prefer not to have your photo used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing.
